Ugh. Why is staying on track so hard? Today I ate relatively healthy, except for pasta for dinner. Then I did enjoy some ice cream. I know, I know. The important thing for me is that I am not overeating. As long as I eat normal, good-sized portions, I will lose weight. The thing is, is that I need to exercise more. I am slowly losing motivation...
On the plus side I did two Jillian Michaels Shred it work outs today. One on level one and one on level two. So that was good. Good news!
I’m gettin ready for work and I just put on my work pants and they fit comfortably. Last time I wore them (5 days ago) they were practically skinny jeans. This is a wonderful feeling and great motivation :) xoxo

I just binged :(
It all started out with a bite of pizza yesterday. Last night for dinner my family ordered pizza and my boyfriend was over. He got pizza with alfredo sauce and spinach and bacon and he really wanted me to try it. I kept on saying no and that all I wanted to eat was my salad, but finally he made me so I tried a bite. One bite. That was it. I was so proud of myself for staying strong and not caving...

Just a little update
Weighed myself on the scale and it read 134.8 lbs. Not too shabby considering how much I have been working out. I know I am gaining muscles. I can feel it when I touch my skin and from how sore I am every day. Yesterday I did level 1 and 2 30 day shred workouts (killer!), swam a lot, and ate very healthy. I ate really healthy again today, but ended up only doing level 1 shred it instead of...
